Quotes #10 | βWe live in a society where pizza gets to your house before the policeβAfter a couple "off" weeks I'm back with a new Quotes. I got an order from a friend for more then a hundred new stickers with funny quotes on it. I changed the background, font and size from previous design. Since I got many complains how "this sh*t doesn't belong here on DA" I probably won't upload all of them, but I will post a link where you can see them...

So, let me get this straight... in essence what you're asking for is to live in a police state?! Because what I totally want is for armed police to be able to get to me, in any given area, in half an hour or less... if not can I have my freedom back?

Actually it never explicitly states whether this is good or bad. Besides, the quote is most likely talking about when you are in trouble and want the police to save you, in which case thirty minutes gives the armed gunman or crazed serial killer plenty of time to kill, maim, assault, or rob you. An effective police force is not the only requirement to make a government a police state.
