Borderlands 2 patch from 29/08/2013 nerfed Zero's Death Blossom / Deathmark skills, reducing his DPS by 60%. The saddest day for Ninja and pistol/shotgun assassins, basically all Zeros except snipers. Snipers can't care less.
No shading because I'm lazy.

Omg, I reached True Vault Hunter mode and I thought my Sniper class would be good... NOPE! Died to Wilhelm 10 times, Constructer v.2 9 times and the Gluttonous Thresher at least 8. So I decided to Re-Spec into the Cunning Skill Tree and... Gluttonous Thresher went down in 30 seconds. In the name of Zer0 I praise the Cunning Skill Tree.

I feel sad, as I will never know the full joy of death blossom, because I didn't start playing as melee or cunning zer0 until recently.

aww that is really sad. Death Blossom was so strong and now it feels so weak. You could kill pyro pete in 3 minutes with the old kunai, now it takes 9 minutes. So big is the difference.

I play a short to mid range Mechromancer with a selection of skills from all trees that help temper the penalties incurred by Anarchy and its associated skills and a shotgun that has a magazine of 2 that uses 4 rounds a shot to build up that anarchy quick and in a hurry, so I don't have much at stake here. My roommate however bounces back and forth between Sniping and Cunning Zer0. He was less than thrilled that his usual fighting style was turned to spitting in the target's face and hoping for the best.

I just realized after so many re-reads of this comic. Death Blossom is now crap. You showed this as his kunai being made out of crap. I always thought that they were made out of processed meat like the stuff you find in cans.
My idea crap/I'm a complete idiot/Beyond epic fails.

His job IS to kill himself. Anthony Birch showed us that himself when he went into Melee. His class takes some adjustment since you're used to playing a Vault Hunter, not a Bandit.

We paid 10 bucks to play as krieg, and if he kills himself it means he is unplayable. I can't care less if his job is to kill himself. I spent money on him and I pretend to be able actually play with him.

If I remember correctly, Kriegs powers will either force him into Fight For Your Life or make him more susceptible. But you get bonuses for certain things like your shields being down and your damage goes up, you go into Fight For Your Life and you run around throwing sticks of dynamite to kill things with, When you're on fire you receive LESS damage from everything including the fire... I'm not the best at explaining and convincing so here

There is a new DLC called UVHM upgrade 2. This DLC allows you to overlevel above 72. Problem is, your health does not scale up, but your DoT and your melee do. This has the following consequences:
- You healthgate yourself if you have Silence the Voices active. This means you just die there.
- Light the Fuse does not scale correctly. This means nobody will ever get a second wind out of it.
- DoT will kill you almost instantly, because 1 tick will eat 30% of your health no matter what, it's 1 tick per second, so you'll be dead in about 3 seconds.
