Since the description says you're looking for some critiques I'll do my best to help you out. I also watched the speedpaint and took that into consideration as well.
First I want to talk about what I like the most, I love the color of the eyes and I noticed that you REALLY improved with drawing hands! Honestly, the hand looks incredible. It just shows how much you improve, which is really quickly. //tips hat
Next I'm going to break down what I think you can improve.
I really think you are ready to start working on noses more, his nose is very narrow (the bridge of his nose) but then he has very large nostrils. So it looks off because it isn't proportional. Noses are really hard but I think even just starting to work on them more will improve your future works.

I personally think the shading could be improved, and that's not trying to say that you are not already improving. You've come a long way. I think some of the shading could be used better to give his face more shape, along with everything else. I also think that smoothing out, or perhaps blending the shading a bit more would be more suitable to your style, since your style isn't too painterly, it has line line art and still some cartoon elements like the eyes.

I'll be sure to check out those videos when I get the chance! I do feel my noses could use a bit more depth to them, and the shading could be a bit more detailed, but I'm still working on those things!
