1/50 s at f/2.8, Canon at 100mm, 400 ISO (RAW)Yes, I do. This stuff is great...whole-grain, lots of whole nuts and chewy bits! What's YOUR take on bread? Favorite types?
This is my first attempt at making egg-in-a-bread. I'm sure there's an official name for this.
Next time will be better!

that's really an egg eeeewww I thought It was a jello heart.
I love whole grain bread with lots of textue, kids won't eat it tho, they think the chunks are bugs or something.
this is what this reminds me of: when I was little mom would cut a square out of the center of the bread, like that but square, and put in an egg and toast it, in butter, both sides toasted but the center of the egg was still soft enough you could tear the bread from the edges, and dunk it in the yolk, and the little cut-out square she toasted in the pan also, so you could dunk that in the yolk too. yum.
we called it "eggs in nests"
