Description
A slight modification of Glowing Jewels.I removed all color except for her eyes and her points (ears, foot, tail, nose) and tried something different with the border.
i like how this turned out.
oh, and Elise's eyes needed no modification. they are really this bright.

i taught myself how to use photshop, starting with photoshop elements. i enjoyed it so much i got real good at using it to touch up pictures and to photchop, tho i still have much to learn.
but basically, you isolate the parts you want to have keep their colors, remove the color from the rest, and then some touch up color removal from around the parts which kept the color.
