Well it's sort of a change from drawing Cecil all the time.But dang I'm starting to love Hallow's design. Him and his
scarf made out of blood (well this adorable shiznit's blood actually). How does it work?
He's a blood manipulator so it's self explanatory. He prefers to use his opponents blood as a weapon opposed to his own.

oh veynn there were so many changes in this character.
originally he was going to be one of those people that transform into weapons.
Then his scarf was going to transform into the weapon.
Then I decided to do something with blood that related with his sister, but I had to make
the other guy fit into the situation. So then, he stole blood from the other guy and
made that his weapon. xD
I'm so glad you don't ship it, because Hallow cannonly has feelings for Aiden.

how does this scare you? I mean yes Lysander is scary when you get on his hit list,
but otherwise, he can't touch anyone. That and I thought Cecil would be more intimidating since he's
the one that does the killing.

I can't take Cecil seriously; he's too cute and non-threatening looking. Or it must be all those headcanons you came up with.
