Description

Some different takes on a map of the world Mobius from the Sonic the Hedgehog series.

The western continent is home to the United Federation and its satellite states, with the Acorn Archipelago in the westernmost sea.

Westside Island was separated from the rest of the Western continent in a cataclysmic event in the past, the sea inbetween is home to the floating Angel Island.

South Island is not fixed to any geographic point, but is constantly moving throughout the southern seas of Mobius.

The planet variations at the bottom are Mobius at different or alternate points in time.

Scorched being the version where Iblis has taken over the future, good being the version where Mobian society has progressed to a high-tech clean-energy society, and polluted being where Robotnik has taken over and ruined the planet's environs.

Also shown is a theory map on if Mobius used to be one big landmass in the past, but the ancient societies that existed back then used nuclear weapons and destroyed eachother, necessitating the creation of the Chaos Emeralds as the continents were split apart.
