I really love this. When I enlarged it though all I could think of was how it reminded me of the photos you see from war zones with soldiers posing for a picture as a memento of friends or after a hard won battle. It really is great how you have captured this aspect.

First of all, you deserve several dozen baked goodies for dealing with my very slow replies.
And then, of course, you deserve your own holiday for coming up with this masterpiece! It is exactly what I envisioned, a perfect, sunny atmosphere with a suitably excited expression. The detailing of the armor is gorgeous; the architecture of the background is beautiful. I love the warm colors and the composition and everything from the way the strands of her hair flows out to the intricate details of the railing and floor to the birds having a good time flying in the background.
