Very handsome OC. He does have a bit of a sinister look to him in the eyes and facial expression. Women would be drawn to him but would be wary as there seems to be a dark side to his personality the way you have painted him.
I think you have done excellent work on the anatomy of your character and facial features.
The blue eyes are stunning and add a great visual touch to the face.
His outfit is very ornate and has great detail and textures.
Fantastic brush work on the metallic tones. Shading and blending are extremely well done on folds of his cape and give it the real visual feel of cloth that was used in that time period.
Skin tones are beautifully done. Excellent work on this Character.
I think the background and the texture in the lighter areas make him look like he is standing in front of an old castle wall and is very complimentary to the figure of your dark Knight.

For the background I had thought drawing a landscape, but in the end I preferred put the focus on the figure, leaving a dark and abstract background.
