This is awesome, but I would have loved it twice as much if there were no people in the shot... or if the characters were more shady looking, or if the people that are in the shot were running away.
Street photography is what it is though, and you've done very well in capturing this.

There's sort of a "creepy stalker on the streets" narrative that I see in this shot. Stunning angle with the clouds and you've got an awesome focus on all the important details and textures in this shot.

Wonderful composition
I love the shades of the colors. Not sure on the headlights, part of me likes it part of me is not sure. But I think it works and the end product is very beautiful.
