Description
It's been a while since I've done anything naruto related so I have decided to do this. This is an old OC I've made back in February so I've decided to give him a little redesign as well as expand his background.

Background,

Born on in Konohagakure, Takumi is a survivor of the Uchiha massacre. The Reason why Itachi never killed him was because Takumi at the age of 6 was visiting his grandfather Ryunosuke Yamada in a village south of Konohagakure called Hikashima. After Itachi Uchiha wiped out the Uchiha clan, Ryunosuke Yamada decided to take Takumi and flee to Sunagakure fearing being hunted by shinobi of the ROOT. It was after arriving in Sunagakure that Takumi met a young shinobi named Shojiro Saito who is a member of the Saito clan.
The two became close friends when Takumi attended the ninja academy in Sunagakure. Like many other shinobi in the village Takumi was fearful of the fourth Kazekage's son Gaara and kept his distance. During the years at the academy Takumi hid the fact that he is an Uchiha and adopted his grandfather's last name in fear of being discovered. But it was Shojiro who knew what Takumi was and chose to keep it to himself. By the time Takumi became a Genin he was placed in a team with Shojiro along with another shinobi named Katsuro Tamura. During a mission, while Takumi and his team were escorting a business man they were ambushed by rogue ninja. Katsuro died in front of Takumi protecting him, because of that Takumi awakened the Mangekyo Sharingan and went berserk on the rogue ninja killing all of them. In the battle's aftermath Takumi explained everything to his team and team leader Haru Tanaka, surprised by this revelation Haru remained speechless until Shojiro stepped in and told them both that he knew without Takumi knowing. With this surprising truth shared among the team the three agreed never to tell anyone the truth of Takumi. Back at the village the team along with all their friends Mourned for their late friend Katsuro including his two sisters. After the funeral Takumi and his team would continue their missions, however with one of Katsuro's sisters Hinato Tamura who was fresh out of the academy joined the team in Katsuro's place.
After three years, Takumi's grandfather Ryunosuke Yamada passed away and Shojiro Saito along with some shinobi decided to leave Sunagakure and go live in Konohagakure, Takumi with permission accompanied them on the trip only to go live in his grandparent's house in the village Hikashima. After they have entered Hi no Kuni Shojiro and Takumi said their farewells and journeyed to their new homes. Upon arriving in Hikashima, Takumi met with a Konoha kunoichi who was also an inhabitant of the village named Hikaru Fujimori. She welcomed Takumi to the village and the two had a lengthy chat in a tea house, he told her everything about himself except the fact he is an Uchiha. After their conversation Takumi went over to his grandparents old house to find half of it collapsed and debris scattered. He went inside to find a hidden door leading to a basement, he went down the stairs to find a wardrobe containing Uchiha clothing along with an Uchiha battle mask and a sword that belonged to his father. Soon he noticed someone standing in the corner of the room behind him. Takumi drew the sword battle ready, but the person who was standing in the corner was Hikaru. She asked Takumi if he was an Uchiha, Takumi replied yes to her question. Shocked by his answer Takumi begged her to not tell anyone, she acknowledged how desperate he was to keep his identity secret and agreed to it.
Takumi spent weeks rebuilding his grandparent's ruined house and yards with the help of Hikaru and her friends. On the sixth week they had finished in time for Takumi's 15th birthday which they chose to celebrate in Takumi's new home. One month later Takumi became well known in the village for helping out anyone in need until he was visited by an old friend of his. Shojiro Saito and his cousin Ichiro as well as their friend Emiko Akada came by to visit Takumi. During the visit Ichiro approached Takumi and told him the truth of the Uchiha clan as well as Itachi Uchiha. To Takumi's surprise he sat in disbelief and sorrow over the truth, Shojiro tried to comfort him to help him move past it. After the chat Takumi offered them dinner along with Takumi's friends from the village. Ichrio, Shojiro, and Emiko excepted it. After dinner the three said their farewells and journeyed back to Konohagakure. Two weeks have past and Takumi felt unease for hiding the truth about his Uchiha heritage and decided to tell his friends in the village. Takumi explained everything with most people in disbelief, but as Takumi explained further as well as showing off his sharingan everyone came to accept the truth. Soon after that Hikaru encouraged Takumi to wear his clan's clothing as Takumi Uchiha of Hikashima. Takumi eventually accepted the idea and was later known by the villagers of Hikashima as Takumi Uchiha.
It didn't take long for the shinobi of Konohagakure to notice about Takumi's existence especially the ROOT. Danzo Shimura sent a team to capture Takumi, but the fifth Hokage Tsunade Senju and two of the elders of Konohagakure discovered Danzo's plan and sent a small team to protect Takumi led by Ichiro and Shojiro Saito. It was during the time Ichiro and Shojiro protected Takumi that the leader of the Akatsuki Pain attacked Konohagakure in order to obtain the Kyubi inside Naruto Uzumaki. After Ichiro and his team defeated the ROOT members they returned to Konohagakure to find it in ruins. While Tsunade was in recovery Danzo assumed the role of Hokage and left for the five Kage summit. Shojiro order ANBU ninja loyal to the Saito clan to go to Hikashima village and protect Takumi Uchiha from ROOT ninja fearing Danzo would try to capture him and steal his sharingan. Takumi alongside the ANBU fought the ROOT on few encounters and after the declaration of war by Madara Uchiha and Danzo's death forced the ROOT to cease it's mission. During the preparation for the Fourth Great Ninja World War Takumi approached Shojiro asking him to participate in helping in the war. Shojiro at first refused until he was swayed by Ichiro Saito, while in Konohagakure Ichiro introduced Takumi to the fifth Hokage Tsunade Senju. Tsunade accepted Takumi's help and welcomed him to Konohagakure, as Takumi and Shojiro walked through the village they met Naruto Uzumaki and his friends. He quickly introduced himself to them surprising them in the process, as he told them his story they welcomed Takumi as a friend and fellow ninja.
In the first two days of the war Takumi was placed in the Second Division under the command of Kitsuchi and fought in the battle of Shimo no Kuni. It was during the battle that Takumi used his susanoo for the first time while fighting against an army of white zetsu. At first the battle was going well, but until that the zetsu's tactics changed and began mimicking allied shinobi forces, did the battle become a struggle. Only until the arrival of Naruto Uzumaki did the tables turn in the Allies' favor. During the battle of the Ten Tails, all Allied shinobi including Takumi gathered behind Naruto Uzumaki facing against Obito and Madara Uchiha. During the battle Takumi met Sasuke Uchiha for the first time along with the four Hokage. After the battle's end and the Infinite Tsukuyomi lifted by Naruto and Sasuke, Takumi with Ichiro Mourned over the loss of their friends and family. Shojiro Saito perished during the battle of Yu no Kuni, he died protecting Ichiro and his father Shiro Saito from the reanimated Seven Ninja Swordsmen and white zetsu.
After the funeral Takumi was offered by the sixth Hokage Kakashi Hatake to live in Konohagakure as a Konoha Uchiha. Takumi declined and decided to go back and live in his home at Hikashima. Before his departure Kakashi told him that he is welcome to come to the village whenever he wishes, Takumi thanks him and heads home. Upon arriving in Hikashima, Hikaru rushes to welcome him home with the two embracing each other. Four years have past and Takumi married Hikaru with her family immediately welcoming Takumi into their's. For the past few years Takumi lived in his grandparent's house with his wife and three kids. The names of their children are Shojiro, Ruyichi, and Aiko. Aiko and Shojiro are the first born since they are twins, Ryuichi is the third and youngest born from the new Uchiha family of Hikashima. After Shojiro and Aiko were of age they asked their parents to go to the ninja academy in Konohagakure, after a lengthy conversation Takumi and Hikaru agreed to allow them to go. Once they arrive in Konohagakure they met the seventh Hokage Naruto Uzumaki, Sakura Uchiha, and her daughter Sarada Uchiha. Sakura welcomed them into her house where Sarada, Aiko, and Shojiro were getting acquainted with each other. Takumi explained everything and asked Sakura to allow Shojiro and Aiko to live with her while they attend the academy, she accepted his request. After Shojiro and Aiko settled into their new abode the two along with their father attended the academy attendance ceremony where they saw Boruto Uzumaki ram a train into Naruto's stone face. Soon after the ceremony's end Takumi said his goodbyes embracing the two one more time then leaving.
During the events of Boruto, Takumi remained at home with his wife and youngest son while his two eldest children attend the ninja academy with Sarada and her friends. After they became Genin they went home to celebrate and visit before going on missions. During the Chunin Exams the Uchiha family came to Konohagakure to watch their children in the exams, however the sudden arrival of the Otsutsukis caused the Chunin Exams to be canceled. One day after the exams, both Uchiha families sat and had dinner together for the first time. The exams may have been canceled, but Shojiro and Aiko are determined to become chunin and Sarada determined to be Hokage thus giving the parents a sense of confidence in their kids. It was during the events Boruto after the Chunin Exams that Shojiro and Aiko remained in Konohagakure while their parents and brother stayed in Hikashima.
