I think this was my favorite shot from that miserable night. Stoopid rain.
The Rules:

The picture was taken on Sept. 15th, so the 15th. You might have better luck in October; it usually lets up a bit by then.

I like Stitich but a giant balloon of him makes for the perfect Halloween decor. It's REALLY scary. Especially this bit of footage I have of it still being set up so it's like giant Stitch is crawling his way over Tomorrowland XD
