Description

The water was cold, but somehow comforting to the young lady, the water flowed around her feet as she moved further into the lake. She felt no fear at that time, since she trusted her parents would come and take her out of the water when the time comes.
With a stone tied to her neck the girl jumped into the lake and got pulled to the bottom; it wasn’t deep, but deep enough to not be able to reach the surface.

Time passed, but no one came.

She felt her lungs collapse. She couldn’t scream. She couldn’t escape; the stone attached to her neck was too heavy to pick up, and the rope tied around her throat too tight to untangle. She just floated with the fish swimming around her; everything was painted a brilliant blue, the color of tears. The color of sadness.

"I don’t know when it happened exactly. But… I died.
I died, but..."

Her eyelids were burning with tears.
"Why would my parents abandon me?"
She couldn't stand the thought.
For many years she has been wondering why her parents left her there to die, it just didn't make sense; she loved them, she did everything they told her to do, and yet...
The little creature sat next to the girl and reached out its hand, trying to wipe her tears away.

And idk how to end it so I'll just leave it here lol

I know someone has already make a design based on koi fishes and drowning but my design was already complete when I noticed and didn't want to re-do it >v> And anyway my design is based on koi fishes AND stars/night so ye ovo
To be honest, now that I look at it, I still feel it's a little too simple clothing-wise, but I don't think we are allowed to change anything after the countdown and I don't really have time to add anything since it's already late where I am... ;-; Ah well, probably when I draw her fully shaded it will be fine XD

EDIT: we are allowed to create more outfits I'm so excited ;7; I got so many ideas and I'm already planing to do a drawing of her in one of the outfits i have in mind in the near future ;; there's so much info I want to add but I'll do it later ;v;
