Description
Angel Pursuit is a mini novel i wrote on and off from the age of 14. This is the background story of one of the main characters, Engel.

[Past Arc]

Engel have lived over a thousand years, and was the Heavenly King's trusted Divine General. He protects the Gate of Heaven and the crossroads between Heaven and Mystic Realm, preventing chaos and keeping peace between the 4 worlds (Heaven, Hell, Earth and Mystic Realm). Immortal Angels are to believe that Heaven King's orders are absolute, that they are extremely loyal and have no temptation and desires.

So when the Hell Lord challenged Engel, who was the strongest Immortal Angel, to a battle, Engel could not resist the temptation and accepted the challenge. Neither of them is able to defeat his opponent and Engel was later rescued by Goddess Rosette. Engel began to question his purpose of life after the encounter with Hell Lord and Goddess Rosette. Engel started to develop feelings for Goddess Rosette and desires to win his battle with Hell Lord. The Hell Lord challenges Engel to another battle, which Engel accepted once again even though he knew he was breaking the law. This time, the Heavenly Kings caught wind of the battle, stripped Engel of his immortal powers and banished him to be a mortal on Earth as punishment.
