Haha! I knew those were hands holding that halo!
The softness of the wings is a great contrast to the machinery holding her in place. It helps set her apart.
I like the blend of symmetrical and asymmetrical details; it's a special treat for those of us who like to get lost in that sort of thing.
I'm glad you posted this as a WIP. It makes me appreciate your talent even more.

thats a pretty cool picture. i once had an idea for a simular picture where an angel was on life support. the idea was about the church fuelling and sustaining mankinds belief in god. nice job!!

Thanks, Ive made sure to take this opportunity with the machinery to create varying layers of symbolism throughout the entire image. I cant wait to display the whole image. Once this part is done I wont show the whole thing till its done.
