What a great perspective...just added to fav. This building brings back wonderful memories of walking around NYC with my wife in the early nineties - thanks for the memory re-boot!

i have long felt the sic-fi world missed a magnificent opportunity when the attack of the fifty foot woman did not employ this building to scorch some shirts on her rampage.Β

At first I thought it was Denver, CO. They have a rounded building almost exactly like your photo. I love the perspective on the building, and the man at the bottom, bonus points for me. Nice job!

This came out great. I've never gotten a decent shot of this building. Something's always in the way.

Coincidentally i was looking at an old photo of the Flat Iron building in a recent Taschen magazine yesterday. Evidently it was one of the first American landmarks to be recorded in colour photography.

Nice and crisp, amazing how you got the perspective perfectly centralized! You use Photoshop to straighten the lines, right? As far as I know there is hardly a way to get architecture this straight with normal photographic means.

Also, it is interesting how the man is dwarfed out by the giant flower pots
