This is a fantastic creature, but where are his eyes!? This thing's neck is so massive I don't think it can even turn without it's whole body going with it. LOL The horns are really cool. Is the bottom one supposed to be a beard-horn or something? I want a beard like that!

How do you guys come up with what kind of shape to use for the face and where to put the horns and the little details. Im never able to come up with such majestic looking beasts.

You draw you basic shapes and just gradually add in more defines shapes, and then add more and more details.
