Even as a kid I never thought President Koopa's T. Rex looked like the actual animal and it bugged me. So, I decided to ret-con an explanation for the look Stan Winston's studio gave him in the movie.If you're unfamiliar with the source material, here's a link to the practical effect used in the Super Mario Bros.
