Do you have a set setting/mode for your camera to get that effect? If not how do you get that effect with the photo?

My camera does not make this effect, that's for certain. But if you know how your camera measures the light, you can have an advantage. The picture is taken directly facing the sun so you have a white glow around your object of interest and these warm colors since it was sunset.
Now you put it into photoshop, add a layer of with layermode "multiply" - put another layer with some adjustments in the gradiation curve and afterwards you put 2 fill layers with a warm brown tone (layermode: warm light) and a layer with a blue tone (layermode: exclude) - sharpen the image in the end and there you go. You might want to varry the opacity to fit your needs. Hope I could help and thanks for your interest.
