Description
My entry for the wintery christmas character of the week over at Conceptart.org. Tried mixing the elf-part up with some dwarven theming. Because why can't elves have glorious beards?Here's a little description;
Christmas is a war that Santa can't afford to lose. So when the heat is on, he calls upon Charlie the Elf. A battle-hardened present-creator that is both honorable and loyal. No present will be left unmade when Charlie is on watch.

Yeah of course! Though I only really got into Oblivion and Skyrim, just bought Skyrim to my PC today. Had it on xbox before! Probably my favorite game ever.

ooohh you should check out Gopher's YouTube channel then if you haven't already. The guy does let's plays but the real meat of his channel, is his modding tutorials. Modding is where both Skyrim and Oblivion really shine.

Recently checked him out and he seems like an entertaining guy. Good enough to listen to while painting!
I feel stupid since I haven't modded the game at all . Tried researching a while back which ones to get but felt like there were so many. I want the mods to improve the gaming experience, like really add to the world/game in a beliveable game you know!

I hear ya. Have a look at this video. I saw this, and I immediately made it my priority to get this mod. Seriously, Skyrim NEVER looked as good as it does in this video. It takes a little bit of work to get it to look like it does in this video but oooooh man, is it worth it!

the only quirk i have is that the perspective and lighting are a bit wonky but all just quick fixes really

A very tolerable guy, good thing that he's on Santa's team. Need to make an epic fantasy story about it all!

No prob, i'll try to build up a more constructive critique on the next ones when i have more time on my hands.
And you never know maybe a year or two down the road you'll look back to your older submissions, find this one and be like "hey, i'm gonna draw this again

I love when that happens with older stuff. It's gives such a good comparison on your artistic progress. The designs are usually waaay different though!
