Description I had wanted to participate in Inktober this year, but fell ill. Towards the end of the month I felt a little better and decided to play with the Art Snacks box that arrived. There is a Copic Gasenfude nylon brush that I am absolutely in love with! It's waterproof like the regular alcohol based pens/markers are. And goes on soooo smooth. This little painting (I believe it's about 6x8" max) started with that brush. I was just testing it out, and not really thinking about anything in particular, but then I added color and things got bright, and vivid. Just the way I like! This little painting also inspired me to create more pages to color. I have always added color first and then inked later. I don't know why I have never considered reversing the process, because I love to color! I'll be uploading some free coloring pages in this style soon. I've already got some uploaded to my Patreon account (www.patreon.com/mixedmayhem ) if you're too impatient to wait on me to upload the files here to dA.

Supplies Used:
- 140lb cold press watercolor paper
- water brush pen
- Prima Watercolor Confections (Tropical + a few single pans I added to the set)
- Copic Gasenfude Nylon Brush
- Copic Multiliners to smooth out any rough edges on the lines.
