[link]The motion sickness past, I’ll be the first to stand.
Behind that weathered door, I thought it would be safest.
My head is dizzy now, I thought we’d overcome.
i've heard my art consists of depth-less, scratchy, unfinished sketches that show my lack of commitment and heart.
but if this doesn't prove that idea wrong, along with every drawing i ever make, from scrap to original concept art to completely colored fanart, i don't know what will...
i pour my heart into my drawings, no matter what the subject is. and i happen to find inspiration in good story-telling.

Sketches sometimes have more heart than polished pieces because they're done quickly, with great passion and inspiration.
Let your work speak for itself. It's evocative and wonderful and piss on those that would say otherwise.

I like scratchy, unfinished sketches. They're more emotionally respectable to my mind. I can respect the imperfection and the ability to get something perfect on the third or fourth try (and not the seven millionth

I find that sketches tend to convey more feeling. They are raw and often show the first lines. The progress one takes from that first mark to the finished picture is beautiful and shows the craftmanship of the artist.
I love your sketches, clean or unclean, they are stunning and full of emotion.

I first saw your work on Pinterest, and I went through Tumblr after Tumblr trying to find out who the artist was behind all these beautiful sketches from books that I loved (ditching Tumblr and joining DA made my search much easier, at last!).
