SPECIAL MOVES----------------------------------------
Neutral Special – MORPH GUN - Pressing "B", will cause Jak & Daxter to perform the special move: Morph Gun. A silhouette of the Morph Gun will be displayed above Jak & Daxter's DMG Meter. also displayed on the silhouette are four arrows representing the cardinal directions: up, down, left, and right respectively. Holding down the "B" button will allow Players to select which mod the Morph Gun is equipped with by using the Directional Pad. Moving the Directional Pad Up will select the red Scatter Gun mod, Down will select the yellow Gyroburster mod, left will select the blue Vulcan Fury mod, and right will select the purple Peace Maker. when selecting a Mod the appearance of both the in game model and the silhouette above the DMG Meter will change accordingly. Tapping "B" will fire the Morph Gun with whatever MOD it has equipped currently.
- SCATTER GUN MOD - This Red Eco mod of the Morph Gun will fire a close range blast of energy that deals DMG and deals high knock back at close range.
DMG: 13%
- GYROBURSTER MOD - This Yellow Eco mod fires a hover disk that independently fires shots sporadically as it travels horizontally forward before self destructing- or being destroyed by Foes.
DMG: 3% (per shot)
- VULCAN FURY MOD - This Blue Eco mod fires a spray of shots with such force Jak cannot hold the Morph Gun straight causing it to drift upwards in a 45 degree angle. dealing DMG to any foes peppered with its shots while also lifting them into the air.
DMG: 1% (per shot)
- PEACE MAKER MOD - This Dark Eco mod causes the Morph Gun to charge a ball of Dark Eco, Jak can dodge out of the charge but the Morph Gun will not fire until after the Peace Maker is fully charged- at which point Jak will be able to move around freely. tapping "B" again after the shot is charged will cause Jak to fire the Peace Maker. The projectile will fly forward and when it collides with anything it will expand and linger in place for a short time dealing racking DMG to anyone it traps.
DMG: 1%-33%
Side Special – JET-BOARD - Pressing "B" while also holding "left" or "right" on the directional pad, will cause Jak & Daxter to perform the special move: JET-Board. Jak will hop into the air as the JET-Board appears below him as if Jak performed a kickflip. Landing on the JET-Board, it blasts forward dealing DMG and knock back to foes struck. Jak & Daxter will travel forward through Foes up to a certain distance but the duo can prematurely stop traveling forward by tapping "B" again or jumping causing them to hop off the JET-Board. The JET-Board will not stop at the edge of platforms and can also function as a horizontal recovery. weather or not Jak & Daxter remain on the JET-Board it will travel its full distance before vanishing. Jak & Daxter cannot use the JET-Board again until the previous board has vanished.DMG: 13%
Down Special – DARK BOMB - Pressing "B" while also holding "down" on the directional pad, will cause Jak & Daxter to perform the special move: Dark Bomb. Jak suddenly transforms into Dark Jak, leaps up into the air and crashes downward creating a wave of Dark Eco that pulses from his impact dealing big knock back while also sending bolts of Dark Eco chasing Foes knocked away dealing them racking DMG as they fly through the air. These bolt will also arc to nearby Foes the primary Foes travel past dealing the secondary Foes slight DMG but will not cause them to flinch. Foes struck initially will continue to send out secondary bolts until they touch a platform. Players cannot cancel out of this move and will leave them open to attack when they transform back into normal Jak.
DMG: 1%-14% (Dark Eco lightning) 2% (per bolt to secondary Foes)
Up Special – PRECURSOR LAUNCH - Pressing "B" while also holding "up" on the directional pad, will cause Jak & Daxter to perform the special move: Precursor Launch. A Precursor Launcher will appear below Jak who crouches down onto it absorbing Blue Eco energy. Players can continue to hold down "B" to charge this move, the longer "B" is held the further Jak and Daxter will be launched. Releasing "B" or reaching full charge of the Precursor Launch will send the duo rocketing straight up surrounded in Blue Eco they destroy the launcher in the process- any Foe they collide with will be dealt DMG and knock back, at their zenith, the Blue Eco surrounding Jak and Daxter will disperse from their bodies dealing DMG and knock back to nearby Foes as well. Jak and Daxter then enter a helpless state until they touch a platform.
DMG: 5% (While Rising) 11% (Eco Burst)
Final Smash – LIGHT JAK - After Obtaining the Smash Ball and pressing "B", Jak will float into the air causing a beam of light to erupt from below him as his body glows brightly. If any Foe is struck by this beam a scene will then play out of Jak transforming into Light Jak- sprouting wings of Light Eco energy, hovering in place with his arms folded, the camera cuts to the Foes effected by the Final Smash they look worried before the camera cuts back to Jak who channels Light Eco into his palm, rears back and thrusts his arm forward firing off a huge blast of Light Eco at the Foes dealing them huge DMG and knock back as the scene ends Jak reverts to normal and re-enters fighter stance.
DMG: 8% (Initial Hit) 41% (Light Eco Blast) 49% (Total)
Kirby Hat - When Kirby swallows Jak, Kirby will gain Jak's Hair, ears, and headband while also gaining the Morph Gun Ability.
TAUNTS----------------------------------------
Taunt 1 – Jak claps his hands going into a wide legged stance. Daxter jumps off Jak's shoulder the two catch each others hands and Jak pulls Daxter out of the sky throwing him between his legs- shooting him into the air behind himself. Daxter comes down on one arm landing on Jak's head and balances comically for a moment as Jak maintains balance. This Taunt can be sustained. when a button is pressed at the end of the taunt, Jak will thrust his body upward causing Daxter to push off Jak's head and flip landing on his shoulder again and teh two re-enter fighter stance.
Taunt 2 – Jak clutches his head as Dark Eco crackles around him- throwing his head back Jak roars transforming into Dark Jak for a moment before reverting to his normal self. Daxter looks a bit surprised and scared during this and as Jak transforms back to normal Daxter can then say one of several lines: "That was cool! Do it again." or "Ehh, you okay Jak?" or "What the heck was that!?" the duo then re-eneter fighter stance.
Taunt 3 – Daxter will belly flop onto Jak's head and cover Jak's eyes. At first surprised Jak quickly pulls Daxter off his head holding him at arm's length- Daxter breaks free however and scurries around Jak's back and torso before hoping back onto Jak's shoulder as the two re-enter fighter stance.
VICTORY POSES--------------------------------
Pose 1 - The camera follows a Talk Box as it quickly flies down towards Jak & Daxter who wave with smiles on their faces. The floating machine darts around the duo getting very close to Jak's face a couple of times causing him to recoil and swat at it in disgust while Daxter scurries around Jak trying over and over again to be in frame of the camera.
Pose 2 - Jak & Daxter face one another and excitedly run in place, they then jump into the air and high five each other. Landing they wiggle their buts shimmying away form each other before turning towards each other with finger guns. Jak performs a short dance reminiscent of the swim as Daxter keeps his finger guns trained on him. Jak dives into a Back Spin then the two jump up in unison and land back to back into a pose. The two then look at the camera with giant grins.
Pose 3 - A Power Cell will float down from the sky, the camera pans out revealing Jak standing under it while Daxter stands in the foreground watching. Jak thrusts his arm upward catching the Power Cell in the palm of his hand causing Daxter to jump into the air, landing he hops to the left striking a pose flexing his muscles- or lack there of- with an eyebrow raised then jumps to the right flexing his other arm. Jak puts the Power Cell away and pumps his fist as Daxter hops to the center and performs the Most Muscular Pose with a giant grin on his face.
PALUTENA'S GUIDANCE FOR JAK & DAXTER--------------------------------
VIRIDI: Oh wow an Ottsel!
PIT: An Ottsel? What's an Ottsel?
PALUTENA: Aw and he's so cute! You really don't see many Precursors these days.
PIT: Are we talking about that little orange- rat- thing?
VIRIDI: Not a rat- an Ottsel.
PALUTENA: Ottsels are a mysterious race said to be able to create whole worlds.
PIT: That thing can create worlds!?
PLAUTENA: The Precursors have created an unknown number of worlds and have mostly vanished but this Ottsel's called Daxter and the guy he's with? that's Jak. The two have been on quite a few adventures together, but they're more in the buisness of protecting their planet and not creating them.
PIT: So why do the Precursors even create worlds and why did they vanish?
VIRIDI: I've asked the plants, but they don't remember. The plants asked the rocks, but they don't recall- even the rocks don't recall!... It's a real mystery!
PALUTENA: We can delve into the Precursor legacy later- for now you should be focused on Jak's Morph Gun it has the ability to change based on which mod Jak equips allowing it to fire close range blasts or even fire a powerful charge shot, learning and adapting to these different mods is the key to victory Pit.
PIT: Copy that Lady Palutena! And what about Daxter?
VIRIDI: Just be careful not to hurt his itty-bitty paws!
PIT: Uhh..O-okay?

RIFT GATE
Nessled at the back of Sandover Village on it's very own sea cliff stands the Hut of the Green Sage: Samos Hagai, where he lives peacefully with his daughter Keira and his ward Jak. It appears Keira has moved an ancient Precursor artifact to the island this is known as the Rift Gate. The stage is made up of the Sea Cliff Samos' hut stands on as well as the hut itself. Samos' hut is comprised of three platforms- all drop through, these platforms are the first floor straw roof, the second floor straw roof and a small platform made by the lookout tower high above, that when stood on will startle a couple of black birds who were resting peacefully causing them to take flight and circle the hut- don't worry Players these birds won't be joining the fray any time soon. Behind the hut a tall windmill moves with the breeze. Wooden scaffolding peaks out from behind the hut creating a ramp from the second floor roof to a platform that leads to another ramp that connects to the solid ground platform that houses Samos' hut. The scaffolding's platform and ramp to the ground can be walked on and serves as more drop through platforms. Beyond the scaffolding's platform is another area of solid platform that continues to the right, sloping downwards as it nears its end and houses a few palm trees. the section with Samos' hut and the section with palm trees is divided by a gap in the solid platforms under the wooden scaffolding. To the left the platform with palm trees, the platform becomes drop through and dips downwards into a slope that leads Players under the main solid platform that ends at a bridge that stretches out towards the camera. Below the sea cliff is- you guessed it the sea, Players who fall into the water will have standard swimming rules apply, but can also utilize teh water mill that is fixed to the cliff side that moves clockwise and is home to three small platforms. Swimmers should beware however as the waters surrounding the sea cliff is home to the Lurker Shark this large orange shark-like creature will immediately appear from one side of the screen causing an increasing heartbeat to be heard as it swims closer to the Player, if it reaches the Player in the water it will jump up and swallow the Player whole much like the fish that appears on the Summit stage. With a beautiful view of the open sea it's no wonder Sandover Village is usually so peaceful- the current match notwithstanding- Oh look at that while we've been going over the layout Keira has been bringing Precursor Power Cells from the hut to the Rift Gate- even with all this commotion shes one dedicated mec- The stage is suddenly tinted purple as the Rift Gate rumbles to life- parts of it disconnect and hover around the gate its outer ring rotating counter clockwise while its inner ring rotates clockwise it center bursts to life with purple energy causing the stage to shake, the trees to sway and the birds to flee after a moment the energy of the Rift Gate expands causing the screen to go white. When the light fades and the rumbling subsides Players will find themselves at Samos's hut... only, it is in complete disrepair! The hut's walls are broken, patches of the roof are missing- however the platforms it made up before are all still intact as well as the wooden scaffolding, however the section of platform that housed the palm trees and the ramp to the bride below have long since crumbled away into the sea, and speaking of the sea- it's water level has dropped and its blue waters have been replaced with a disgusting sludge like substance that will pull players down slowly as they are in it while also dealing them racking DMG. the water mill houses only two platforms now and doesn't move on its own instead will move via weight: standing on one platform will cause the other to rise as the other falls etc. To the left most side of the stage the bones of what can be assumed to be the Lurker Shark makes a platform that sinks slowly into the muck when Players stand on it. The once beautiful view of the sea is now replaced with the spectacle of a dead town- completely in ruins it's tall structures wall in the hut at the center of the stage- Player sent flying will slam into the walls of the town on both the left and right sides of the screen. Keira wastes no time however tinkering with the Rift Gate and after a bit of time passes the Rift Gate rumbles to life once more and with the same blinding light everyone is transported back to Sandover Village and away from the Dead Town resetting the stage.

ENTRANCE - Jak & Daxter hop out of a Warp Gate that hovers on the stage, as they land Daxter strikes a pose causing Jak to chuckle. Daxter scrambles up to Jak's shoulder and the duo enter fighter stance as the Warp Gate vanishes behind them.

The Morph Gun's mods are powered by Eco Energy and Jak has the unique ability to be able to manipulate Eco Energy. Each mod will display how many shot it had over the Morph Gun silhouette above Jak & Daxter's DMG Meter by a number at it's center. when this number reaches 0 Jak will not be able to fire the Morph Gun with that mod and should switch to another. While the "empty" mod is not selected Jak will gradually replenish the Eco Energy of the mod by moving, or attacking with other attacks- attacking with other mods will greatly speed up the recovery of other Eco Energy. When ammo has been fully restored to a mod the colored arrow on the silhouette will glow.
