I love it, the concept is great!
the lineart of the lips looks a little thick though, and it's kind of distracting.

Very nice I'm sure I understand why the hands are in the hair. It makes her very interesting and somewhat scary. Like she eats people and uses their hands for hair clips. You did a great job on her I like how on the octopus (sp) arm you changed the way that the wood background went.
