As =cburleigh81 suggested, the contrast between the warm and cool colours is excellent.I wish I could see the furthermost cup with slightly more clarity, but that's nothing, really. The entire composition is very nice.

Thank you for the input. I might reshoot later on with more candles and a longer line and I might stop it down to f7.1 to get you your clarity. . .Orrrrr I might not because I'm lazy. But thanks for the input and comment

Wow so it was a hard decision between all of them. They were all very well shot. I think I chose this one because it is really soft focus and warm and the shallow DOF really ads to it. The lighting is great. I especially like the contrast of warm color and feeling on the left and cool and cold feeling on the right. This was well done and an awesome start with your new camera!

Thanks a lot, glad to hear I'm doing something right. . .When you post multiples from the same shoot at once you don't get many views on them because people get bored, so I'm going to post around 5 shots a day and ask people to choose from those, and I'll leave the one with the most in my gallery. Any critique? I did really like this one a lot, but I wish I would have shot it with less light, like ---> [link]

I don't know. I kind of like the brighter light in this one. It makes it a more cold and cool feeling. And that is my fav part the contrast of cold and warm.

Havn't started yet. Just got back from work. I usually don't get started until 9 pr 10 pm usually. I think that's why my shots are getting worse. im bored of shooting inside my house. I have the next 2 days off so I might get some good stuff then. Ill prob venture out.

I wish! If I could afford it I would but I do not have the funds for a drive up there. I would visit at least once a week if I had the finances to do so. I love Seattle. There is so much to shoot and enjoy! I would love to do some street photography there to.

Take the train man, cheaper than driving, don't have to worry about parking and stuff. It works good.

My grandparents live in puyallup, it's $4 for a ticket from there to here or like 7$ for an all day ticket, and then 2.25 for a transfer when you're down here and you can take the bus wherever.
