Painting Originally Created 5/10/2019. One of my best and oldest friends got together to paint one day, a little after her first year wedding anniversary. One which I was one of her bridesmaids for. This was something her mother, her and I did together to catch up after a year of not seeing each other. I seem to have lost their paintings in the oblivion of my files. But I at least saved a few pictures of mine that I saved in my emails several months after I painted it. I know the lighting wasn't best where I took it. I might change up the picture when I have a chance to take a proper photo with one of my now two pro cameras. But till then I figured while updating my Deviant Art after so many years, I'd add this.

We each painted the setting as we imagined it at different times of the day. Their's were straight up and down morning and afternoon paintings, where I turned my canvas sideways to make a wider shot, knowing my bolder takes on art. I figured I'd enjoy the harder work a wider canvas required. I took on a more ethereal look for the sunset, knowing our state imagining some of the most gorgeous ones I'd seen with oranges and yellows amongst the clouds. Little did I know the sad state our State would be in a year later where the sunsets would for over two months look just like this.
With that said, support your firefighters and wildlife preservations, and if you can donate to the foundations that are trying to stop the world let alone your providence/state from experiencing further devastating wildfires.

I also have several other paintings and other work I've made over the last several years I've been rather inactive. So stay tuned for that.

Just figured I'd finally get this one up here.

My artistic style has greatly changed through the years. I can't wait to show everyone how different my art has come along.
