Description: Uses a rear locking lug design and cock-on-closing feature similar to the SMLE. Designed by William Audvey in the early 1900's. The son of an experienced gun smith Barron Audvey who designed the AQFR M.1825, wanted to design a rifle that is cheap, reliable and robust for the Kharlovian army. Which was still using outdated rifles like the M1825, so he went around the world looking for ideas and inspiration. Eventually, he started making his own rifles, this was his 20th prototype, which won a shooting competition hosted by the government of Kharlovia to find a new weapon to equip the kharlovian army. The weapon was in service with the kharlovian army from 1913 till 1930's where it was replaced by newer models such as Mod.14. The Mod.13 continued to see service till 1950 in auxiliary units where it was fully retired from service
