Hmm, this rules wise is iffy.
How do you which counter is which creature? What if I remove some counters from Cutie Pox, which abilities does it lose? And ALL the rules text? Why not just the activated abilities?(i.e. any effect you pay a cost to trigger (ex. Llanowar Elves' Tap: add G to your mana pool)).
I would have it say "At the beginning of each end step, put a Cutie counter on target creature. Enchanted Creature gains all the activated abilities of each creature with a Cutie counter on it."
Buuut that's just me.

...You know, this makes a lot of sense, actually. XD I thought Cutie Pox should get the counters to represent how many Cutie Marks the creature has, buuut, that is pretty confusing. I mean, technically, the enchanted creature should keep the ability as long as she has the Cutie Pox. Urgh.
The way it's written now, removing Cutie counters would only increase her attack power, and she would still have the rules text of whatever creature she copied.

All it needs is one drop of the oil, and the Phyrexia empire can be restored!
