Hi there. Thanks for your reply. I have not made any in a long time, but I did sell them. They are made of resin soaked chipboard.
I cut each piece, shape it (if it needs a curve) glue it together and then give it a coating of resin while the chipboard is still absorbent. I made the stairs by stacking layers. Once it is all dry, I give it the final paint job.

This is mind blowing! I can't believe you were able to make tiny stairs like that.
