Tim was shifting his portal machine from world to world until he shifted to a world from the tooniverse.... He never went to the tooniverse before back then.... so he decided to stick his arm thru the portal...The instant his real live arm stuck through the other side... it became all cartoony! So Tim stuck more of himself through the portal until he is all the way inside the other world...
Now instead of being a real live person, he is now a cartoon! He freaked out and jumped back into his world! And like that, his cartoony body instantly become normal again!
Now knowing a tooniverse exists, and that people can become a toon whenever they go there..
Tim rushes to tell his friends about his new discovery... which was bursting with endless possibilities of new adventures....
