Nat looks fantastic! I love the modern take you've given her hairstyle with the bangs (one which she hasn't wore in a long while) and the motion to the hair is incredible. I love that her face is simple and relaxed. Although she's a character who can pull off more make-up, I like that you've kept her toned down. The pose is amazing and the sheen to her costume is so well done. The gun also looks great. You're a master at weaponry, I must say.
The background is also awesome. Just like how you've done Widow, it's simple. It's so basic in its red and white scheme. The bullet holes and the blood spots are... well... bloody brilliant! The hammer and sickle is a nice allusion to her heritage and former alliance to the KGB. What's so great about the blood spots and bullet holes splattering the background with the hammer/sickle is that it shows the way in which her allegiances faded and eventually she became an independent agent free of anyone's power other than her own.

That sounds like a really cool series. I'm hoping Spider-Woman makes it into that given how much of her mythology and character is similar to film noir elements.
