instead of using soft leads, use the hard leads, 4h and what not.
you can sketch and sketch and not smudge until you really get a lot of graphite down....at least thats been my expierience....
cool abomination there, would have liked to see that in the Thing...

no seat, you got good skillz and I appreciate the style a lot.
what I ment by seeing the abomination in the Thing was the John Carpenter movie version of "The Thing"
1980's something with Kurt Russell and a bunch of other actors who are terrible...
awesome SFX and your piece reminded me a lot of the creature during it's final scene...
and yeah the smell would be horrendous

yeah, i remember that movie. it was creepy, i couldnt sleep when i saw it as a kid
its quite a similar idea- many limbs, some crippled and tainted faces and guts mixed together. add some macabre and we have a... Thing
