This is a sweet little Rainmeter skin. It's not overloaded with options, and I really dig the glass look. Navigation is easy. And for the record, I only speak/read english, and I've managed to "translate" this for the most part. The Weather part I'm still working on, as the skin .ini file seems to get weather info from a Russian website, and the variable seems to be only a URL, which doesn't work for American weather. I'm sure at some point I can figure it out though. If other folks REALLY want this in English, I'll try to communicate with the creator and see if they would not mind me doing a translation.

Hi, of course you can translate the skin into your language. Go to foreca.com and enter your city into the search area (e.g. New York). You should insert he link (e.g. [link] ) into the block« [Variables] », line« Url = »). After that your widget will show the weather from your city.
