Well, Technically it doesn't have the same characteristics Simba has, So it's not considered Simba.

Usually it's goat, but given the nature of chimera it doesn't much matter.
Although the original Greek monster has a lion head on one side, a goat on the other, a lion front and goat back, and a live snake for a tale.
Also the snake is venomous and the lion head breathes fire.
But this critter's plenty cute. ^^
