The wallpaper you've all been unsuspectingly waiting for. (It's been a WIP for 8 months, completely forgot about it lol.)Korra wallpaper!

you know, the only pre-made filter i used was a lavander grunge.
The rest of the filters are made of brush tool! HAHA

cool, i've never used inkscape. But I only speak photoshop for the most part. Hard to learn the language of other programs lol
