So...Shota Nagisaactually Shiota Nagisa, but he sure damn looks like a shotaFrom Ansatsu Kyoushitsu, aka Assassination Classroom. It's only a manga so far /sobs but it's good and amusing. I laugh at some of the things, and it's pretty intense at times, and overall, it's pretty good.
