As Brainiac has that space ship, with shrink ray and forcefield.
Isn't Ultron (in some comics) made of Adamantium.... meaning he has enough durability to compensate almost anything

Then it's too soon to judge. We need to wait until he has some actual, tangible feats, unless the gems/stones themselves have already evidenced "feats", but even then, Ultron wouldn't necessarily know how to use them properly until we actually see him employ their various abilities. So basically, we need to wait.
