Thanks for the comment the theme needs permission to be released because i used other elements from other themes that are not my own so we will see . The menubar icons you can find them here [link] .

Thank you for the comment . The theme is a personal mod of Vitae and Uwy Status icons for Adium. I made the menubar and apple icon in the menubar the problem is this. This theme is only for Leopard not Snow Leopard and cannot be used with Snow Leopard because it will damage your install . Do you have Snow or Leopard? The other issue I cannot release this to the public because all I did was a mod of the traffic lights on top of the Vitae theme I can release the menubar resource files and I will but I cannot release the theme since I do not have permission . On another note you may have the wallpaper here you go [link] Enjoy .
