Poem about that scariness that comes with being home alone at night ^_~Written because my family, except me and the dog were gone out of the house today xD

I've had that happen before. Only it wasn't my mom, it was my uncle, and he was met with a plastic sword to the face when I mistook him for the killer. He let it slide 'cause I guess he thought I was sleepwalking, but it left a nasty cut on his cheek.

My grandfather never locks his door o_O; so when I come home and he's not there, I check every closet and under everything, yelling, "I have a gun, and I'm not afraid to use it."

then my mom comes in and says, "WHY ARE YOU ON THE COMPUTER?! YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO BE DONG HOMEWORK!!"
then i reply, "I'm looking at great poems for examples for my homework. i'm basically doing it but i'm doing research first."
then my mom leaves the room and i say to myself, "why do you write better than i do?" and i cry inside.
