Nose shape only looks different because of how she's scrunched up her face.
The clothes (style, socks...) the hair, the glasses, the body frame, the pose and way she hold herself, the hair, the fact shes smoking a cigar etc etc etc, way too similar to not be the same woman! Unless she has a twin
