Pretty much the same story as in VT, got send off to a military institution by his brother for partying too hard.
I've been thinking a long time what devision he would be. All brains, no muscles, I thought of Intel at first, but something wasn't right. In the end, I decided for Artillery and weapon developement. After finishing school he ends up in a top-secret lab supervising the developement of biological weapons. Military use of viruses / diseases /posons. The nasty stuff.
