No snow here either, there's only a soft rain such the atmosphere of your creations...
I'm living in France, in 30Km from Paris, in the middle of an elvish forest, and when the snow is coming it's a wonderful moment...

Have you some forest or Mountain where you can go to escape urban jungle ? I saw on googlemap 
I know my luck to live near big forests, it's a beautiful land, with animals, big trees, Hills, Lakes and i like practise bike (like vtt
I send you some dust of Fairy so that you can find a little hut ina Elvish forest where i go sometime in my Dream...and which knows if we shall not meet in this land ?
