⭐Universe: Wastelands of Tthar ⭐

The Wraith is a unique synthoid created by the Hierarchy to serve as ultimate warriors, agents, assassins, and enforcers.

Synthoids are a form of artificial humans created by the human-led organization known as the Hierarchy obsessed with furthering human interests in Tthar's wastelands, while dealing harshly with mutants and neo-sapiens. Synthoids resemble humans for the most part, being completely flesh and blood replicas commonly indistinguishable though sometimes being distinguishable by strange features such as skin color, eye color, lack of hair, and or cybernetics. Most are treated much the same as humans, and serve any number purposes and jobs in the industrialized Hierarchy run city of Acropolis.

Wraiths in particular are a unique type of synthoid created as living weapons to serve and enforce Hierarchy interests in the wasteland. Created through genetic engineering as well as implants and cybernetics, they are natural psyons, capable of using all manner of psychic abilities. Though the most notable of abilities seems to be a strange ability to seemingly phase in and out via some form of black shadowy energy that allows them to mask themselves (effectively acting as an advanced form of invisibility), teleport short distances, and even can be weaponized into some form of incendiary energy. They are often seen wearing suits of skin-tight black armor, which interfaces with their body granting them superhuman reflexes and abilities. Wraiths carry all manner of weapons including small arms, rifles, and bladed weaponry—infused with or capable of firing concentrated energy to sear through targets.

Beneath their armor a wraith is easily identified by their ghostly pale white alabaster skin, white eyes, and complete lack of body hair. Additionally they have some sort of identification (usually in the form of a barcode) printed onto their forehead, side of the head, back of the head, or on the back of the neck. These mark them as Hierarchy property and unlike common synthoids are kept a close eye on at all times, usually via some form of implant which tracks and monitors them to ensure compliance. Despite this it is not unheard of for Wraiths to go rogue and break away from the Hierarchy, seeking to make their own path in Tthar's wastelands.
