it was too much time taking and there was 70 layers. but I failed in experience of Illustration, depth of field or I am a lazy person.

You need more practice then! Just keep drawing, and drawing, and drawing and you will definitely get better
You can also look at tutorials, there are some really good tutorials here in deviantart. Personally I felll more comfortable working with one single layer for the whole drawing, I will share a link of the tutorial I used to learn the technicque, if I ever get to find it again

yeah I'm doing. sometimes my job comes middle of my practice.
working with with layers makes easy to crate depth of field.
