Gee, more Star art. But wait! Hear me out!Today is International Women's Day. And at least three of my favourite animated series were created by women at the helm.
Lauren Faust made the fourth-generation My Little Pony. Rebecca Sugar, Steven Universe and Daron Nefcy made Star vs. The Forces of Evil, just the second woman behind a Disney animated series since 2000.
So here's to the women in animation, voicing, writing and animating our beloved cartoons.
