You should make a big download pack with models from Skyrim. Buildings, furniture and other props. And maybe some armor pieces as well.

Sweet!

I have been dying for an appropriate tavern map to be created for all my fantasy-based picture needs; right now all we have is the Goldshire Inn for WoW, and as good as that is it's a poorly constructed map with limited uses. Good to see this baby up and running for source!

The Bannered Mare, ah yes a comfy little inn albeit a bit lively at times, how did you port this if I may be so bold?

Long answer -> Use the FO3 archive tool to unzip the skyrim files. Use the .nif plugin for blender to import each individual model. Fix texture names, and export. Pretty straight forward, just really time consuming.
In cases like the banned mare. Originally, it is constructed of several smaller models. Instead of rebuilding every time, the interior was put together in blender then exported as one. The doors were removed so a guy could make an exterior in the doorway (for scenes where someone would walk in) Unfortunately, the exterior model comes pre-constructed, and it's way off scale to the interiors. Like some sort of tardis technology...
In cases like the liar retreat map, walls are put together in hammer and the map is filled in sfm. There is a small chance to lose the save, but this way you gain full control of everything that isn't nailed down. and don't have to worry about accidentally moving any walls. And you don't have to refill the map multiple times. Of course you can still load the empty map... And being done this way, all the dungeon pieces are included as separate models, so you could construct your own dungeon/cave or whatever. or even build a quick background.

The only downside so far, is everything is strictly sfm. Mainly for lack of help on the gmod front and there's thousands of models...
