Quetzalcoatlus has been a thing long before that game. Including people riding it. Dino Riders had two different sets with Quetzalcoatlus ( the second is considered rare ) and Dinotopia had the fictional Quetzalcoatlus skybax.
Not to mention that this looks a lot better than the one in Ark.

A bit hair is on the neck and head. Regarding T-rex, the editors wanted see him featherless (I guess, they may just don't know about these last proofs of protofeathers)
