Third card of the "Heaven of" series, this one depicting the Arrow.

The Heaven of Wind was created by Oschon the Wanderer who, upon birth, raised a wide mountain range whose winds blew life from sea and land into the sky, earning the love of Llymlaen the Navigator. Since Oschon is depicted, the monster Effects allows to ignore defenses like an arrow finding the armor's weak spot. The Pendulum effect, representing Llymlaen, lets a monster "sail past" the enemy to attack directly.
