Description
I've been painting commissioned work a lot lately and this is a piece I did for the Parliament and Wake website. The idea for the painting was theirs and it's lightly inspired on this speed painting I did a while ago:I uploaded a work in progress here:

I still think the composition could have been stronger if I had pushed it more. I think I stuck to much to the speed painting.
