The colors are very cute and give the winter vibe. For example at the bottom and the outlines of the scarf there's a winter blue coloring to it. It makes it look frosty and cold.
The eyes are very cute and expressive. Makes the penguin even more cute and I love it! It's like a chibi but even cuter!
